Founder & President
Hamed works with metals, recycling and manufacturing businesses, and their investors, to find where growth stalls and margins leak, and to drive the fix. He holds a PhD in metallurgy and materials (Université Laval). He sold engineered refractory solutions to steelmakers at RHI and Magnesita (now RHI Magnesita) and led commercial for Rio Tinto’s steel billet and metal powders businesses (2017–2021), responsible for a $200M+ steel sales portfolio. Earlier, he led feasibility, engineering and commissioning projects for mining, metals and petroleum clients. At EcoSolver he led a multi-year market-intelligence and decision-support engagement for a major global metals recycler. He works in English, French and Persian.
Co-founder & VP of Operations
Majid has over 15 years of experience in material manufacturing with extensive knowledge of steel processing. He brings deep knowledge of the manufacturing process to help industrial companies improve how they operate. Majid has a Ph.D. in material science and engineering from Laval University in Quebec.
